1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cultivate Kicks is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. For assistance, please reach out directly to DPD or DHL using your tracking number.

2. Sizing Help

3. International Shipping

4. Items That Don’t Fit

We strongly recommend checking our sizing guide before placing your order. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept size exchanges (subject to availability). See our Exchange Policy for more information.

5. Use of Personal Information

Your privacy matters. Cultivate Kicks securely collects and stores your personal information. We will never share or sell your data without your consent.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.

7. Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for tracking updates.

  • Contact the courier using your tracking number.

8. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt, your package will be held at the local depot for a short period. Unclaimed packages are returned to us, and reshipping fees will apply.

9. Pre-Order Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. This can take up to 6 weeks.

10. Cancelling an Order

To cancel your order, email kickscultivate@gmail.com within 1 hour of purchase. Include your full name and order number.
Please note: We cannot accept cancellation requests via social media.
