1. Are Your Products Authentic?
At Cultivate Kicks, we offer authenticity and premium quality on every pair.

2. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Handling time is 1–3 business days and worldwide shipping takes 5–9 business days, although delays may occur during peak periods or customs checks.

3. Why Isn’t My Tracking Updating?
Tracking updates may take time to appear. Your tracking will usually refresh when your package departs and when it arrives in your country. If delayed, it may be due to courier or customs processing. Need help? Email orders@cultivatekicks.com.

5. How Does Sizing Work?
All footwear is listed in US Men’s sizing. Women should order 1.5 sizes down from their usual US women’s size.

6. What If My Item Doesn’t Fit?
We recommend checking size charts before ordering. We do not offer refunds. See our Exchange Policy.

7. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, and PayID at payid@cultivatekicks.com. All payments are processed securely.

8. Will I Receive Pictures Before Shipping?
Yes, we send photos of your exact pair for confirmation before dispatch.

9. Order Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. If you can’t find it, please check your spam or junk folder.

10. Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, check your tracking email and contact the courier directly. Still need help? Email orders@cultivatekicks.com — you can always contact us directly.

11. Cancelling an Order
To cancel, email orders@cultivatekicks.com within 1 hour and include your full name and order number. We cannot accept cancellations via social media.

12. Can I Return or Exchange Items?
No, items may not be refunded or exchanged.
