Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • No signs of wear, including makeup, hair, odors, residue, or damage (even from try-ons or alterations)

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges


Return Process

  1. Initiate your return within 14 days of your order being shipped.

  2. Use the returns portal via the QR code in your package or the link provided in your order email.

  3. Enter your order number (include “#”) and the email address used to place your order.

  4. Include your original invoice and a completed return/exchange form in your return package.

  5. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us. Any courier-related issues must be handled directly with the courier.

Refunds or store credit will be processed within 14 business days (may take longer during peak periods).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed


Cancellations & Order Changes

To request a cancellation or modification:

Please note: If your order has already been processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We do not accept requests via social media.


Special Policies

  • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: Allow 3–6 weeks for production. These items are non-refundable and eligible only for store credit.

  • Faulty Items: Must be reported immediately upon receipt. Return the item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Sale Items: All sale purchases are final — no refunds or exchanges. This includes items from sample sales, pop-ups, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday events.


Rejected Deliveries

If a package is refused or unclaimed (e.g., due to unpaid customs fees or missed delivery attempts), it will be returned to us. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


Return Refusals & Deductions

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will be rejected and sent back.

  • If returned items arrive in poor condition, we may apply cleaning, repair, or restocking fees.

  • Excessive or suspicious return behavior may result in future returns being denied.

  • Evidence of wardrobing (wearing and returning) may result in a permanent ban or legal action.
