Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Cultivate Kicks, all sales are final. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, unwanted items, or buyer error. All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure quality.

Order Cancellations & Changes
To request a cancellation or modification, email orders@cultivatekicks.com within 1 hour of placing your order and include your full name and order number. Once your order has begun processing or has been shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible. We do not accept requests via social media.

Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Email orders@cultivatekicks.com. with photos or videos and your order number. The item must be unused, unworn, and include all original packaging. Faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
