Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed after 3:30 PM (Friday–Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.


Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • Canada / Europe / International: 2–4 business days via express service

Please note: Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard (UPS/USPS): $7.60

  • Saturday Delivery: $12.75

International Shipping

  • DHL Express: $25.00

Customs duties or taxes may apply. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.


Black Friday Orders

  • Due to high volume, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

  • All Black Friday sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.

A tracking link will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Can’t find it?


Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders require 2–6 weeks for processing and shipping.
If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.


Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

  • The carrier will provide instructions to reschedule or collect your package

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after a holding period

  • Reshipping fees equal to the original shipping rate will apply


Garment Care Instructions

To keep your Cultivate Kicks garments looking their best:

  • Hand wash only in lukewarm, soapy water

  • Soak for no longer than 30 minutes

  • Do not machine wash — it may cause fading or damage

  • Do not tumble dry — instead, lay flat to air dry to preserve fit and elasticity
