Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed after 3:30 PM (Friday–Sunday) will be processed the following Monday.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders require 2–6 weeks for processing and shipping.
If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed:

The carrier will provide instructions to reschedule or collect your package

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after a holding period

Reshipping fees equal to the original shipping rate will apply
Garment Care Instructions
To keep your Cultivate Kicks garments looking their best:

Hand wash only in lukewarm, soapy water

Soak for no longer than 30 minutes

Do not machine wash — it may cause fading or damage

Do not tumble dry — instead, lay flat to air dry to preserve fit and elasticity
