No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, unwanted items, or buyer error. All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure quality.

Order Cancellations & Changes
To request a cancellation or modification, email orders@cultivatekicks.com within 1 hour of placing your order and include your full name and order number. Once your order has begun processing or has been shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible. We do not accept requests via social media.

Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Email orders@cultivatekicks.com. with photos or videos and your order number. The item must be unused, unworn, and include all original packaging. Faulty items are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

Delivery Time
Handling is 1–3 business days and shipping is 5–9 business days, although delays may occur during peak periods.

Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email orders@cultivatekicks.com.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, carriers will provide instructions to reschedule or collect. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us after the holding period. Re-shipping is free.

Black Friday Orders
Due to high volume, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. All Black Friday sales are final and non-refundable.

Some countries may charge import duties or taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Garment Care
